LT is a Minneapolis-based visual artist whose work advocates that art imitates life, thus reflecting its duality and defying the push to fit into an imaginary box. Each piece stems from the dreamlike perspectives of the inner child, which appreciates comfort, luck, and beauty with raw clarity. Known for her brand TASHICOXO, an ode to her cat Tashi, LT’s multidisciplinary practice merges her creative passions to highlight the magnetism of authenticity.

As a sapphic, neurodivergent woman, LT draws inspiration from the grief, wonder, and hope of her childhood’s themes and aesthetics. Unbeknownst to her, these symbols served as a common thread for others, too, who would later share with her their same identities and solitude. No matter where you fall on the spectrum of lived experience, you are known. It is vital to feel understood, inspired, and empowered. 

TASHICOXO’s mission is to affirm the necessity of whimsy and pleasure. It is our intention that our community cultivates and shares personal meanings that remind us of what is alive, breathing, and interconnected.
