Shipping Information
As of now, TASHICOXO LLC only ships domestically in the United States.
We strive to deliver all orders within the following time frames, according to the product type. However, processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or new product launches. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Pocketbooks & Journals: 11-13 business days
Blankets: 2-5 business days
Prints: 8-12 business days
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $80 USD.
Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Final
All sales are final, as each item is printed once the order is received.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances and will be credited to your original payment method.
- We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale or promotion.
Misprinted or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us at tashicoxo@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery to receive a replacement.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging, as well as the order number.
- If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you will receive store credit, including the original shipping fee.
Requests made after 2 business days are not eligible for replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is safe and secure.
- We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
